NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
How your mind creates the patterns that hold you back — and how we change them.
NLP is a practical way of understanding how the mind creates the patterns that hold you back — and gently working to change them. Rather than spending years exploring why you feel a certain way, we look at how those patterns run and practise new ones, which is often why people notice a shift within a few sessions. I combine it with simple but deep mindfulness and self-awareness work, so the changes settle in and genuinely become your own.
Life Coaching
Clarity, goals and real momentum in everyday life.
Hypnotherapy
Gentle work with the subconscious, in a deeply relaxed state.
