These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Rewire Align Rise / Louise Hartley, including but not limited to NLP coaching, mentorship programs, and digital products.

Services provided are personal development coaching and are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.

Rewire Align Rise and Louise Hartley are not responsible for specific outcomes resulting from coaching services. Results vary based on individual circumstances, commitment, and effort.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional.

Coaching sessions and packages are booked via the website or directly with Louise Hartley. Payment is required in advance before services commence.

Payment plans may be available for certain packages and will be agreed upon before the start of services. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) for coaching services and US Dollars ($) for digital products unless otherwise specified.

All prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of coaching sessions. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Rewire Align Rise reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, technical difficulties, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative times will be offered at no additional cost.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in termination of the coaching agreement without refund.

Digital Products (Workbook): The Rewire Align Rise workbook comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Coaching Packages: No refunds are available once coaching sessions have commenced. Unused sessions within a package can be rescheduled within 6 months of the original package purchase date.

In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of Rewire Align Rise.

All content, materials, methodologies, workbook content, and coaching frameworks provided by Rewire Align Rise are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used commercially without express written permission from Rewire Align Rise. Materials are for personal use only.

The Rewire Align Rise name, logo, and 12-step methodology are proprietary to Louise Hartley.

Rewire Align Rise is committed to protecting your privacy and is compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements.

Personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of service delivery, communication, and improving our services. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

All coaching conversations are confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed unless there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others, or where required by law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting Louise@rewirealignrise.com.

Rewire Align Rise is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, technical failures, or other events outside our control.

In such cases, services will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time.

Rewire Align Rise reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this website with the updated date noted at the top of this page.

Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
