We go to the gym to strengthen our bodies. We see a doctor when something's wrong physically. Yet when it comes to our minds, we often try to push through alone.

Each session is tailored to what you're dealing with. I draw from different techniques depending on what will be most effective for your situation.
A Real Example:
A client came to me with a severe fear of public speaking that had held her back at work for years. Using Timeline Therapy, we traced the fear back to a school presentation that went badly when she was 12. In one session, we released the emotional charge from that memory. She presented to her board the following week with confidence.
