Originally from Sweden, I've spent over a decade as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits.
My approach is supportive but detail-oriented. I pay close attention to technique, movement quality, and injury prevention because how you move matters as much as how hard you work.
