Hi, I'm Louise
I'm a wellness mentor for mums: someone to guide you through pregnancy and after, looking after your mindset, nutrition and fitness all in one place.
I'm qualified in supporting pre and postnatal clients with exercise and nutrition (Active IQ Level 3, Ofqual regulated) and trained in NLP, hypnotherapy and EFT for the mindset side. And I'm pregnant right now, walking the exact path I'll guide you through.
You don't need more information. You need someone who gets it, who adjusts the plan when life gets messy and reminds you how strong you really are. That's what I'm here for.

Pregnancy and early motherhood are some of the most physically and emotionally demanding transitions a woman goes through. The support you need is never one-size-fits-all. It depends on your body, your energy, your mindset and your life right now.
There's no fixed programme. We start by understanding where you are, what you're struggling with, and what you want to feel again, whether that's:
- Feeling stronger and more comfortable in your changing body
- Training safely and effectively during or after pregnancy
- Building simple, sustainable nutrition and energy habits
- Rebuilding confidence and reconnecting with yourself
- Creating routines that actually work in real life with a baby

For most healthy pregnancies, staying active is encouraged. I tailor everything to your stage and how you feel, and we work alongside your doctor or midwife.
On the body side: a Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition (Active IQ, Ofqual regulated) and Level 3 Personal Trainer. On the mind side: I'm an NLP Practitioner with a Hypnotherapy Diploma, plus an EFT Practitioner and Certified Life Coach. So you're looked after across body and mind, by one person who gets it.
Completely. I meet you where you are and we build gently. Many mums start with very little and simply want to feel strong and calm.
Whatever suits you. I'll come to your home anywhere in Marbella, we can train in the gym, or meet online via Zoom. Most mums use a mix.
Not at all. Postnatal recovery has no expiry date, whether your baby is six weeks or two years old.
Gently, and often sooner than you'd think, but it depends on your birth and recovery. We start with breathing, deep core and walking, then rebuild from there, always at your pace and once you've had the all-clear from your GP.
Because pregnancy and birth change your core, pelvic floor and whole system, not your willpower. We rebuild from the inside out, in the right order, so your strength comes back to stay.
You're not alone, and you're not failing. The low, dark days are far more common than anyone admits. I'll support you with gentle movement, mindset tools and a steady person in your corner, always alongside your GP or midwife. I'm not a replacement for medical care, so if you're really struggling I'll gently encourage you to reach out, and help you find the right specialist support if you need it. We walk it together.
